You must be a licensed massage therapist/aesthetician with a
license number or a spa/salon/beauty store owner/manager with
a tax id number and a local yellow page listing. You can provide
any other form of proof to be deemed acceptable only after review
by BINDI sales department. 2. Once your
account has been opened the first order has to be paid for
by cash or credit card. You will have to call us (1-800-952-4634)
for credit terms (Net 30/90) after you place your first order.
ORDERING:
If your order is below $75.00 then you will be charged a
handling fee of $10 (excluding the actual shipping cost).
This charge is waived once your order is over $75.00.
Shipping charges are applicable to all the order regardless
of the amount unless otherwise specified.
REFUND POLICY:
You are eligible for a full refund if the merchandise is
returned within 20 days from the invoice date.
For damaged goods/wrong goods sent:
Merchandise to be returned for an exchange within
20 days from the date of invoice. Bindi will
pay for the return shipping by sending a UPS call tag. Please
call Customer Service at 1-800-952-4634 to arrange for an
exchange.
