how to use the herbal cleanser
Posted by  Emily Keegans on 12/4/2001 8:35:48 PM
I ordered the herbal cleanser, essential oil and moisturizer a couple of weeks ago. I love them, my skin feel soft but not oily and they smell wonderful ( and I don't usually wear any perfume because it gives me a headache) MY QUESTION: After I massage the herbal cleanser into my face, should I leave it on for a certain amount of time before rinsing? Thank you--Emily
 skin care

I tried many of the mainstream medical skin care treatments for years without much success. I was nervous at first of putting oil on my skin but I knew the worst thing that could happen is that I would break out. Instead my skin has improved dramically ! I have very very few breakouts and my skin looks young and beautiful.... people always say they thought I was younger than I really am. I recommend her book and products to everyone. Thanks,Tricia
 rose infusion
Posted by  on 11/20/2001 7:05:34 AM
I was offered the French translation of the book "Absolute Beauty" a month ago. I loved it and have decided to try to do my own skin care products based on the book's receipes. But when making them, I found myself confused about a few things. Could you please help me with this: In the PITTA moisturizing cream, rose infusion has to be used but the book does not explain how to make it. In Appendix B, it is indicated that infusions can be made with oil or water. Which one of the two should I use to make the rose infusion? Also, should I use fresh or dried petals? Also, I live in London and would love to be able to use your liposomic liquid in my products without having to bear the costs of ordering it from NY. Do you distribute your products in London? If yes, where can I find them? Many thanks for your reply! Anne-Laure

I am a 43 year old African American female with a Pitta dosha. I have being using Ayurveda products for over 10 years. I recently started using your skin care and hair care products. I am very happy with the results. My skin glows. I was told that I look like I am 26 years old recently. I also purchased Pratima's book and started doing the suggested assana in it. I feel and look great. Thank you Pratima. People are asking me what I am doing, so they can look and feel good too.
 What dosha is it?

Ayurveda has been a part of my life for the past six years, so when I heard of your web-page, I was very excited. As i looked over the products, I was disapointed to learn that little is said about the dosha the product was made for. It would be helpful for many Ayurveda followers to know what dosha the product is best for. Thank you
 Any forthcoming products for pets?
Posted by  JuLee Reeves on 8/11/2001 11:45:49 PM
Have used your products over last 2 months and my skin is looking better than ever. In the past I tried Retin-A and many brands of skincare to help with acne and sun damage but my skin just got worse. Your products made a difference almost immediately. Also, I just came through 4 months of pain and therapy due to herniated disk in back which is pressing on sciatic nerve. Your oils and teas are helping my frame of mind during a very dificult time. I am now looking forward to trying your Pain Oil. Today I come to you asking if you can suggest any products I can use on my pets. Would love to see Bindi start a line of products for animal care - flea treatment, etc that are an alterntive to the toxic products on the market. I know several veterinarians that would appreciate being able to suggest a healthy alternative for pet skin problems. I am wondering specifically about any products in your current "people" line that may crossover for use on cats and dogs with typical problems such as fleas, ear mites and heat rash. Any ideas? Thank you for the improvement your products have made in my life. I am 38 yrs old and have had skin problems from puberty on. . .until now - thanks to Bindi.

Our clients are very taken by your oils, teas and body exfoliants. I will be placing regular orders to you so that I might offer these wonderful treatments to my home based clients. Thank you Patima.
 Re: the herbal hair wash

Hi the Herbal Hair Wash can be used after you oil your hair. Use the Bindi Hair Oil to massage your hair and scalp and leave for 30 minutes before washing your hair with the Herbal Hair Wash. The product may not be too helpful with styling product build-up. It's primary purpose is to nourish and strengthen your hair leaving it feeling great. Thanks, Customer Service
