How long after applying the liposomes and oil to my face should I wait to apply the moisturizer--should my face be still damp or completely dry? Since it says to use a very small amount, should the moisturizing cream be used full strength or thinned with water? Thanks! |

Mud Drinks?

| | Hello - I have recently purchased the book - Absolute Beauty after reading it years ago on loan from a library. I see under the bathing section that cleansing mud drinks are listed as an earth bath to take. However, I have looked through the book and haven't found any recipes for this...can you help?
