What to expect from your Ayurvedic consultation

Ayurveda means the science of life which means a consultation should lead to a better understanding of yourself and what suits your nature. The consultant will make an assessment of your nature and any problems you may have. Your current lifestyle and diet will be discussed and recommendations and suggestions will be made to make any improvements and herbal supplements will be prescribed.

If this is your first consultation you will be asked to fill out a form that will give a better understanding of your current situation and health. This is done so that the consultation is effectively focused on your needs and nothing is left out. If you do not have any background knowledge on Ayurveda the consultant will give the necessary information.

After all discussions the consultant will make recommendations that actively contribute to balance and well-being. The consultant will also try to gently persuade you to stay away from factors that are aggravating your condition.

There may be other suggestions that the consultant will give pertaining to your particular situation.
